  • SET UP
  • Rhodes returns to the friendly confines of Memphis after spending a week in Florida. They will look to climb the SAA conference standings with a three-game set against Millsaps.

  • Rhodes (8-13, 0-6 SAA) | Roster | Schedule | Stats
  • The Lynx were grinding in Florida, suiting up for seven total games. The offense struggled in the Sunshine State, averaging only 1.4 runs per game. Conversely, their defense held their oponents to three or fewer runs four times. Madison Stringfield and KT Siekerka continue to lead the offense, hitting .373 and .354, respectively. Madison Keller has stepped up in the circle, and leads the team in ERA at 4.70. Beth Fleming is the top strikeout pitcher with 44 in 47 innings.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes went 3-2 in Florida over Spring Break, and picked up another win this past Wednesday against D-II Christian Brothers.

  • The Lynx offense is cooking right now, averging nine runs per game over their last three (all wins). Ben Wilson is on a tear, with eight hits in his last eight at bats. HE also has five runs and six RBI in that time frame. Six of the top eight hitters for the Lynx are hitting above .300, with Wood Kimbrough (.295) and Dante Messina (.290) narrowly missing out on the list. Peter York leads the SAA in steals with 19 in 20 attempts. CJ Carron, Jacob Dubs and Nick Ferazzi will be relied up on to come up big on the mound during this important SAA series. Centre is 10-11 overall, and 2-4 in SAA play..

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes fell in two games last week against #13 Ithaca and a tough Elmhurst squad. Now that they have completed their brutal non-con schedule, the Lynx will look to sweep the SAA in order to have a shot at a NCAA bid.

  • The Lynx are battling in every game, but just can't seem to keep the fight going for 60 minutes. Their offense will look to improve on their 7.9 goals per game average. Freshman Drew Downes has eclipsed the 20 goal mark in his first season as a Lynx. Rhodes has also welcomed back senior Christian Cisneros, who leads the team with 13 assists despite playing in only four games after last season's injury. Ryan Dancy is the only other Lynx with double-digit goals, sitting at eleven. Brendan Roberts has more saves than goals allowed, and a .520% overall save percentage.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes went 3-1 during spring break, averaging more than 17 goals per game. This week's matchup with Sewanee could very well determine the fate of the SAA regular season. The Lynx are 8-3 (2-0 SAA) while the Tigers sit at 9-3 (1-0 SAA).

  • The Lynx had an overall positive spring break, despite their 17-10 loss to Stevenson. The offense is in top form, with attacker Emily Bruner leading the way. Earlier this week, Bruner was named the IWLCA D-III Offensive Player of the Week after dishing out 25 assists in four games, including a school-record nine against Mount Holyoke. Bruner has two times more assists than any other player in the conference. Sewanee is the only team in the SAA with more goals than Rhodes (194-182), led by Hattie Fogarty's 47.

  • Daniel Trudell was named the SAA Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time after going 5-1 from first singles during the spring break trip.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes swept through all four of their spring break matches in Florida, but then fell in their most recent game against D-II Henderson State on Monday.

  • Rhodes (9-2, 1-0 SAA) | Roster | Schedule | Stats
  • The Lynx dominated their Florida competition with wins of 7-2, 8-1, 8-1, and 9-0. Lea Letourneau and Emma McHale are the team leaders in wins with seven each. The majority of Letourneau's have come from position three, while McHale has held down the fifth spot for the Lynx. Michelle Adan-Pol is 6-3 from second position singles. Adan-Pol ad McHale also boast a 2-2 doules record from first position. Christian Brothers will be the fifth D-II opponent of the season for the Lynx.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes opened their 2022 spring season last week at the Jekyll Island Collegiate in Georgia.

  • The Lynx finished 21st of 30 teams at Jekyll Island, shooting a 907 (+43). Avery Stansell had the lowest cumulative round at 223 (+7) across the three-day event. Stansell also had the low-round for the Lynx quintet, shooting a nice three-under 69 in round two. The only other Lynx to shoot par or better was sophomore Foster Wood, who carded a 72 (E) in his second round of action.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes will tee off for the third time this spring as they host the six-team Rhodes Invitational at Tunica National.

  • The Lynx posted an 11th-place finish (of 24 teams) at last week's three-day Jekyll Isalnd Collegiate. Rhodes posted a cumulative score of 917 (+53). Bree Wilson had the best overall performance with a 227 (+11). She also had the low-round with a 71 (-1) on day two. Grace Young, Lia Johnson and Megan Morris all finished within a shot of each other at 232, 233, 233 respectively.

  • SET UP
  • Rhodes hosted a dozen schools last week for the Rhodes Invitational, and will now travel south to Oxford. A late addition to the itinerary, the Lynx will be the only D-III school competing among 13 D-I teams and one D-II team.

  • The Lynx had various levels of success last week. The men did not have any first-place finishes, but Billy Clark, Jared BRiant and Evan Byrd all placed in the top three of their competitions. On the women's side, the Lynx captured five first-place finishes including the 4x100m relay, 3000m steeplechase (Samantha Withers), 4x400m relay, pole vault (Kendra Payne), and long jump (Maddie Chandler).
