ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - Rhodes College came away with a close victory today in their first Spring Break Match in Orange Beach, Alabama.  The Lynx took first and second doubles with victories from McIsaac/Skrmetta and Wilkins/Smith moving into singles competition.
 
Rhodes split the singles matches three and three with the 'Jackets winning at lines two, four, and five.  Amelia McIsaac picked up the first set at line one singles 7-5, but dropped two close tiebreakers in the final court of the match 5-7, 7-6 (4), 10-5.  Morgan Wilkins continued her winning streak at No. 2 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Shelby May.
 
The Women's Tennis Team continues their Spring Break trip in Orange Beach with a match against Mississippi College March 10, 12 p.m. at the Orange Beach Tennis Center.
