Bobby says: "Bailey has a diverse set of skills having played in the back and up front before coming to Rhodes. She strikes the ball very well so she’ll see time up front but it’s her defensive awareness that will allow her to stand out amongst our forwards. She is tenacious and could create problems for other defenses and in turn create good scoring chances for us.”

2007: 2007 SCAC Newcomer of the Year… Named to the All-SCAC 2nd Team… Fall 2007 SCAC Honor Roll… Played in all 19 games, started 13… 2nd on the team in scoring with 5 goals and 6 assists for 16 points… scored the tying goal in a 4-2 come-from-behind victory over CBU… scored the game winning first goal in a 2-0 shutout of Hendrix… assisted Jessie Cassidy’s game winner in 2-1 win at Methodist… scored 2nd goal to bring the Lynx level in the eventual 3-2 double overtime loss at Trinity… scored in 2-1 loss to Southwestern… assisted the first 3 of 4 goals in shutout of Oglethorpe… assisted Jessie Cassidy’s first goal in 2-1 overtime victory over Centre… assisted Caroline Voelkel’s 2nd goal in 3-0 win over DePauw… scored tying 2nd goal in eventual 3-2 loss to Emory.

Before Rhodes: Bailey led St. Mary’s Hall is scoring all four years of her career and was named MVP during her junior and senior seasons. She earned All-SPC honors in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Bailey was a member of the Spanish club and served as the fundraising coordinator of the JSA. She also won the AP Scholar award for scoring a 4 or better on the AP tests in 6 of her 7 AP classes.
