Rhodes College was selected fourth in the 2026 Southern Athletic Association Women's Outdoor Track & Field Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league's eight head coaches.

The Lynx totaled 37 points, finishing behind Trinity (54), Centre (51), and Berry (44) as the conference prepares for the outdoor championship season.

Rhodes looks to build on its momentum heading into the outdoor slate as the Lynx prepare to compete in what projects to be another tightly contested SAA championship meet.

The 2026 SAA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship will be held April 24–26 in Rome, Georgia, hosted by Berry College.
