Junior Daryn Raleigh has been named the SAA Defensive Athlete of the Week after she anchored a dominant defensive performance in Rhodes' 20–9 win over Berry, stuffing the stat sheet with four ground balls, four caused turnovers, and two draw controls while adding two turnovers forced through pressure situations. Raleigh was a constant disruptor, repeatedly breaking up Berry's offensive possessions and helping limit them to just nine goals on 18 shots. She also played a key role in Rhodes' transition game, contributing to the team's 14-of-18 clear success rate and 31 total ground balls.
