RHODES WOMEN FINISH 2-0 FOR THE WEEK

The women's tennis team finished 2-0 for the week with wins over Lambuth College and Mississippi College.   Against Lambuth, the final score was 9-0 with strong play at all doubles and singles positions.  On Sunday, the Lynx had all they could handle against Mississippi College.  With a 2-1 lead going into singles, the match was sealed by junior, Aya Kato, in a 3 set match.  Later, junior, Alex Phipps won her 3 set match but senior, Anna Moak lost in a third set tie-break.
