The lynx celebrated their seniors this Saturday with a large victory over the Millsaps Majors. The lynx dominated their competition, claiming first place in all the relays and medleys, while taking the entire podium for nearly all events.
In the team events, the Lynx were first in the 200 SC Meter Medley relay, with the A team (Nick Kunst, Jack Whitten, Jeb Brownell, and Jonas Hostetler) finishing with a time of 1:38.04. In the 400 SC Meter Medley, the men took first with a time of 3:57.14 (Josh Denckhoff, Jack Whitten, Liam Ashton, Jonas Hostetler). For diving, Parson Simmons performed strongly to score some additional points against the Majors, being the only diver for the men in the 1- meter dive.

With this meet being the first meet of the season, the Lynx have a lot to look forward to! Their next meet will be held at Delta State University on September 27th. Falling short of victory in last year's meet, Rhodes is hoping to come out on top above DSU! Fans are encouraged to support the team as they compete for the conference title.
