Rhodes College will be represented on the national stage as the NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships approach next month.
The Lynx qualified a relay squad of Liam Ashton, Jack Whitten, Josh Denckhoff, and Will Wertenberger to compete in four events at the national meet: the 400 Medley Relay, 200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, and 400 Freestyle Relay.
Individually, Jack Whitten also earned NCAA qualification in the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke.
Student-athletes qualified for the swimming portion of the championships by meeting the NCAA-established minimum time standards in their respective events.
The NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships will be held March 18–21 in Indianapolis, Indiana. All sessions of the championships will be streamed live on NCAA.com.
