Rhodes Men's Track & Field Recap – 2025 Rhodes College Invitational

The Rhodes men's track & field team put on a strong performance at the 2025 Rhodes College Invitational, earning multiple event wins, top finishes, and personal bests.

Key Performances:
- Hugh Stokes secured 1st place in both the 110m hurdles (14.81) and the 400m hurdles (55.33), dominating the hurdle events.  
- Nick Parker ran a strong race to win the 3000m steeplechase in 10:34.73.  
- Rhodes' 4x400m relay team of Stokes, Frueh, Hanson, and Tuchner captured 1st place in 3:27.74. 
- Daniel Blaich (3rd, 4:21.79) and Austin Rhea (4th, 4:21.99) had strong finishes in the 1500m run.  
- Brendan Owen placed 2nd in the pole vault, clearing 4.16m.
- Liam Conroy delivered in the throws, finishing 1st in javelin (54.70m) and 5th in hammer throw (42.86m).**

Looking Forward: Rhodes Men Continue Outdoor Season 
With a strong showing on their home track, the Lynx will look to carry this momentum into the rest of the outdoor season. The Lynx will travel to Mississippi next weekend on March 21st and 22nd for the Ole Miss Classic and Bellhaven Invitational.
