Rhodes College Athletics is proud to announce that the Lynx baseball team has been ranked 24th in the nation in the D3baseball.com Preseason Top 25 poll. This recognition highlights the program's consistent excellence and positions the team as a contender for the upcoming 2025 season.

In addition to the team's national ranking, senior outfielder Ben Burkhart has earned a spot on the D3baseball.com Preseason Third Team All-America roster. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Burkhart's selection underscores his exceptional contributions to the Rhodes baseball program and his status as one of the premier players in Division III baseball.

The D3baseball.com Preseason All-America team is selected from previous years' All-American and All-Region honorees, emphasizing the sustained excellence and track record of standout athletes. Burkhart's recognition follows a stellar 2025 season, during which he showcased his remarkable skills at the plate and in the outfield, earning him regional and national acclaim.
