The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced its 2025-26 Team Academic Excellence Award recipients, recognizing more than 800 high school and collegiate programs that excelled in the classroom.

Rhodes College was among nearly 500 collegiate programs nationwide to earn the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack. The honor recognizes programs that posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year.

To qualify for the award, programs were required to have an ABCA-member head coach and maintain a minimum cumulative team GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale throughout the academic year.

The ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award highlights the continued commitment of the Rhodes baseball program to success both on the field and in the classroom.
