The Men's and Women's Track and Field team hosted their annual Rhodes College Invitational this weekend. The team competed against the region's DI, DII, and DIII teams, including SAA rivals Berry College and Centre College.

Notable performances include Sophomore Liam Conroy's winning javelin throw, which was 48.10 m. Evan Roney ran a 10:15.08 in the steeplechase. 
On the women's side, Brittany Ziemer ran 11:39.18 in the steeplechase. Megan Weilmuenster ran a 16.26 in the 100 m hurdles.

The Lynx look forward to a full week of practice following their spring break competition. A small group of athletes will travel to the Ole Miss Invitational this weekend to compete on Friday the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd.
