Men's Swimming and Diving
ATLANTA, Ga. (October 6, 2023) – Winner of the last nine-straight Southern Athletic Association men's swimming & diving titles, Birmingham-Southern was picked as the favorite to make it an even 10 in the 2023-24 preseason coaches poll.
The Panthers garnered 35 points and five first place nods to top the poll for the third-straight season. Rhodes came in second with 29 points while Centre was third, totaling 27 points and earning the last No. 1 vote.

The poll was conducted among the conference's seven head coaches.
BSC used its depth to capture the 2023 SAA title, totaling 932 points to out-distance runner-up Rhodes by 179 points. The Panthers boasted 16 All-SAA honorees, highlighted by golds in one relay, two individual events, and sweeping the diving competition.
The Lynx were led by SAA Newcomer of the Year
Jack Whitten and had nine All-Conference performances a year ago while Centre earned seven All-SAA awards.
The 2024 SAA Championship is set for February 7-10 at the CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama.
