Box Score Conway, Ark. - Rhodes College women's tennis picked up their first victory of the season in their first conference game of 2020. 

Rhodes shut out Hendrix 9-0 on the road Saturday. After taking doubles 8-3, 8-1 and 8-0, senior Madeleine McDonald picked up the first singles win with a shutout in the sixth slot.

Dallas Bennett won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5, followed by Michelle Adan-Pol's 8-3 No. 1 victory. Lea Letourneau and Kate McGough each won 6-1, 6-0 in third and fourth singles before Dasha Safarian won No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-1.

Rhodes, who is now 1-1 on the season, will host Ouachita Baptist on February 15 at 1 p.m.
