MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Rhodes College women's tennis team dropped a Southern Athletic Association matchup to Berry College on the road on Sunday afternoon as they fell to 6-11 overall and 1-4 in SAA play.
The Lynx only had five players on the afternoon as they immediately faced a 2-0 deficit. The team of junior

Sara Lynn Abbott put together a great effort at No. 2 doubles, but eventually fell 8-5.
The lone win of the day came at No. 1 singles where freshman
Caroline Doherty rolled to a 7-6, 6-2 win.
Rhodes will be back on the road next weekend for their final matchups of the regular season. They will first stop in Jackson, Miss. on Saturday morning for a 9 AM matchup against Millsaps College.
