ORANGE BEACH, Ala. – The Rhodes College Men's Tennis Team closed out their spring break trip to the Gulf Shores Area with a win over Transylvania University 9-0. 
 
The Lynx were firing on all cylinders as they lost a total of five games in doubles competition.  Eliot Blatt and Colin Perry made it three wins for the trip at first doubles, winning in decisive fashion over Albrecht and Buckman of Transylvania 8-1.
 
Moving into singles competition, the Lynx made quick work of their opponents, winning all twelve sets in the match.  Perry finished first 6-0, 6-0, with Daniel Olivier and Albert Vacheron close behind to clinch the match 6-1, 6-0 and 6-2, 6-1 respectively. 
 
The Lynx finished up 3-1 for the trip with one match undecided with University of Indianapolis. 
 
The men will be back in action at home vs. Christian Brothers University on Saturday, March 22 at 9 a.m.
