MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Rhodes men's swimming and diving team fell to Birmingham Southern College on Saturday in their first meet of the season, 190-66.
While the Lynx came up short handed on the points side, there were some bright points in the meet.
Jason Johnson placed second in the 50 freestyle in a time of 24.65.
Chad Bohls finished second in the 100 yard free in a time of 51.54.
Simon Boles swam in 2:09.99 in the 200 backstroke to place second.
Max Miller swam for second in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:14.99.
Mitchell Koenig also swam in second for the Lynx, in the 100 butterfly event, with a time of 1:00.20.
The Lynx will be back in action on Oct. 31 in the Hendrix College Invitational meet.
