After losing the first game 5-0, Sara Bowen and the Rhodes Softball team bounced back in game two to defeat the Christian Brothers Lady Bucs 5-4 Tuesday night, in a game played at Collierville High School. Bowen went the distance to earn the win in the circle, striking out 12 and giving up just 2 earned runs, and capped off the evening with a dramatic 3-run, walk off home run to give the Lynx the 5-4 win.

CBU answered with a run in the 5th on an RBI double from Lauren Dorsett to extend the lead to 3-1, but Rhodes quickly answered with a run in the bottom half of the inning when Zomered tripled and then scored on a wild pitch to cut the lead to 3-2.
CBU added a run in the 6th to take a 4-2 lead, and appeared to be on their way to their second victory of the night. Brewer, who had come in relief of McEachron in the 3rd, retired the first two Lynx hitters of the 7th, bringing the Lady Bucs to within an out of victory.
