Taylor Petty and a clutch seventh-inning hit from
Jasmyn Stanley to secure the hard-fought win and advance in postseason play.
Both teams battled through six scoreless innings as the game developed into a defensive showcase. Rhodes consistently threatened offensively with seven hits on the afternoon, while Petty kept Southwestern off balance from start to finish inside the circle.

Harper Allee-Press and

In the bottom of the seventh,
Peyton Rohrig reached base before
Madison Wehrman entered as a pinch runner. Wehrman quickly moved into scoring position with a stolen base, setting the stage for Stanley's walk-off RBI double to left center that sealed the 1–0 victory for Rhodes.
Defensively, the Lynx were flawless in the field, committing no errors and backing Petty with steady play throughout the game.
