Before Rhodes: Twin sister of midfielder Diana Buss. Molly graduated Cum Laude from The Montgomery Academy where she was a member of the Spanish Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She was named Offensive MVP of her school basketball team and was also selected to the All-Conference, All-Metro and All-Tournament teams. She is a captain of the soccer team, leading scorer, MVP-Offense and was named to the 1st Team All-Capital City Conference, All-Metro, and was a member of the All-State 1A-4A team. She was also a nominee for the Wendy's High-School Heisman Award.
