Bobby says: “After tearing her ACL in the spring of her sophomore year and an intense rehab that allowed her to return for the later half of her junior season, Molly will return sans knee brace and I hope she will return to her pre-injury form. She tied a team record for assists in a season with 12 as a sophomore and with another year of experience under her belt and a healthy body and mind she could be poised for the best season of her career.”

2007: Fall 2007 SCAC Honor Roll… scored one goal on 6 shots for a total of 2 points… played in 12 games, started 2… missed first 6 games recovering from April ’07 ACL injury… scored game winning first goal in a 4-0 blanking of Oglethorpe.

2006: Fall 2006 SCAC Academic Honor Roll… 16th nationally in assists per game… tied a team record for assists in a season with 12… started 19 of 19 games… tied for 2nd on the team in scoring with 5 goals and 12 assists for 22 points… scored a goal and added two assists in 7-0 win over Oglethorpe… scored a goal and an assist in 4-0 shut out of Millsaps… assisted Melanie Sharry in 5th minute and scored a goal of her own in 5-1 win over Hendrix… assisted Anna Lee Blanton in 2-1 over St. Mary’s (MD)… scored a goal in 2-1 win over Eastern University…assisted twice in 7-0 blanking of Crichton College…scored a goal and an assist in 4-2 victory over cross town DII rival Christian Brothers University… assisted Anna Lee Blanton twice in 4-1 win over Maryville (TN)… assisted twice in 6-1 season opening victory over Luther College.

2005: Earned All-SCAC 3rd team honors… Fall 2005 SCAC Academic Honor Roll… 3rd on the team in scoring with 7 goals and 5 assists for 19 points… played in all 17 games starting 11… scored a goal in 5-0 win over Oglethorpe… assisted Katy Buckner on both goals in 2-0 shutout of Sewanee… assisted on only goal in 2-1 loss to Trinity…scored two goals including game winner in 3-1 win at Southwestern… assisted Melanie Sharry on only goal in 2-1 OT loss to Emory… scored game winner in 3-2 come-from-behind victory over University of Dallas…scored 2 goals and added an assist in 5-2 win over Agnes Scott… scored 1st collegiate goal in 5-2 season-opening loss to Virginia Wesleyan.

Before Rhodes: Twin sister of midfielder Diana Buss.  Molly graduated Cum Laude from The Montgomery Academy where she was a member of the Spanish Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She was named Offensive MVP of her school basketball team and was also selected to the All-Conference, All-Metro and All-Tournament teams. She is a captain of the soccer team, leading scorer, MVP-Offense and was named to the 1st Team All-Capital City Conference, All-Metro, and was a member of the All-State 1A-4A team. She was also a nominee for the Wendy's High-School Heisman Award.
