Rhodes College: Rhodes College Writing Fellow.  Rhodes College Search Advisory Board. 
 
High School: Member of Cum Laude Society.  Robinson Prize.  Class of 2012 Young Alumni Annual Fund Co-Chair. 
 
Personal:  Daughter of Ed Bettendorf and Marta Vielhaber, Genevieve returns to Rhodes to continue her successful career as a student athlete.  She is a member of the Rhodes College Jazz Chorus and actively involved with the English Department on campus.  She plans to persue a JD/MBA program or doctoral studies in English once graduated from Rhodes College.  Genevieve also is a big music fan and loves literary arts.
