Biography

Virginia is from Camden, Arkansas. Her parents are Jeff and Christy Carr. She has plans for law school after graduating. In high school, she was Valedictorian, an Arkansas Scholar, and Governor Distinguished Scholar. She is the Arkansas State record holder in the 100 Breast Stroke and a part of the Arkansas State record holding 400 Medley Relay.
