Personal: Majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and minor in Philosophy… Son of Jeffrey and Elizabeth Blatt… Brother, Andrew, works in the corporate offices at AT&T... Conducted ruthenium-based anti-tumor drug research with Dr. Mary Miller, Interned at Asuragen Inc., Published work in North American Medical Journal, Presented research at the International Fragile X Conference and American Society for Human Genetics… Trained at Austin Tennis Academy, Played high school tennis at Austin High School… Tennis Team MVP, Tennis Team Newcomer of the Year, Finalist in World Team Tennis Championships… Academically, Four-time District Trustee Award winner, AP Scholar with Honor, Academic All-State… After graduation would like to attain PhD in Molecular Biology and go on to do biomedical research in cancer therapeutics.
