Biography
James is a Computer Science major from Oviedo, FL. In high school he was a three time recipient of the Scholar Athlete Award for baseball, earned three varsity letters for baseball, attended the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine in Washington, D.C., made the Presidential Honor Roll every semester and was honored as an AP Scholar with Distinction. His parents are Greg and Whitney Simpson. When not pitching for the Lynx, James is an active participant in French Club, Women in Computing, Computer Science Club, is a Computer Science Pre-Grader, and is a volunteer at St. Peter’s Villa Nursing Home. After graduation, James plans on pursuing a job in the Computer Science field.
