Rhodes College Athletics

Christian attended Wantagh High School in Long Island, New York. In high school, Christain was a three-sport athlete, excelling at football, basketball and lacrosse. For his high school lacrosse career, Christian earned three varsity letters and played in two county championships. Christain earned four varsity letters for both football and basketball, played in two football county championships, was awarded New York State Scholar Athlete of the Year his senior year for football, was awarded All-Conference and Academic All-Conference in football, and led his basketball team to their first playoff win in over 30 years his senior year. At Rhodes, Christian plays both football and lacrosse. Christian is the son of Peter and Laura Labenberg and has two sisters, Victoria and Angela.
