Biography

Mary Beth is a freshman Business major from Shreveport, Louisiana. She is minoring in English. In high school, she was a member of the Louisiana Legislative Youth Advisory Council, the Student News editor for her high school newspaper, Student of the Year, LA Girls’ State Delegate, Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership delegate, and the Louisiana Colonial Dames essay contest winner. Her parents are Jeff and Kelly Turner. When not playing for the Lynx, Mary Beth is an active participant in Kappa Delta and Tuesday Fellowship.
