Game Recap: Rhodes vs. No. 24 Trinity University 

The Rhodes College men's basketball team earned a 76–75 Southern Athletic Association road victory over No. 24 Trinity (TX) on Thursday night, February 6, 2026, at the Bell Center in San Antonio, Texas. The win moved the Lynx to 17–3 overall and 8–1 in conference play, placing Rhodes at the top of the SAA standings.

Rhodes carried a 45–39 lead into halftime after shooting efficiently in the opening half and spreading the scoring throughout the lineup. Trinity answered after the break, trimming the deficit and turning the contest into a back-and-forth battle over the final 20 minutes.

Key Performances

Phil Dotson led all scorers with 27 points off the bench, shooting 11-of-20 from the field. Jackson Huxtable recorded a double-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.
