The following day in Danville, Kentucky, the Lynx faced the Washington and Lee University Generals. Despite showcasing their skill once again, the Lynx fell 0-2.

From last weekend's loss, the Rhodes College Field Hockey Team came into this match refreshed and ready to capitalize on their opportunity. The Lynx came out strong and demonstrated their skill allowing Sophomore Bella Spina to score during a penalty corner at 7:05, to give Rhodes an early lead. Rhodes maintained this 1-0 lead to end the half. Early in the second half Grace Utz shot and found the back of the cage at 32:44 to secure their win over Transylvania University at 2-0.

The Washington and Lee Tridents proved to be challenging opponents. Sydney Baggett Scored early at 6:06 to take a 0-1 lead over the Lynx. Despite Rhodes' strong Defense, Betty Boatwright capitalized on an opportunity, scoring the Tridents second goal at 16:38. Determined to bounce back, the Lynx were strong in the second half by allowing no goals to be scored. Despite their efforts the Lynx still fell short in a 0-2 defeat to Washington and Lee.
