Over the weekend, the women's tennis team took on two tough conference opponents, Centre College and Sewanee.
The Lynx first played Sewanee and unfortunately fell 1-8. There were strong performances at every position, but Gracie Rask and Emma McHale, at the No. 2 doubles position, won the only match for the Lynx.
On Sunday, the Lynx faced Centre College and defeated the Colonels 3-6. On the doubles side, Gracie Rask and Emma McHale won 8-2 at the No. 2 doubles position. At the No. 3 doubles position, Cami Lowry and Zainab Baba won 8-7. The Lynx saw victories from Gracie Rask, Meher Mishra, Emma McHale, and Sofia Rodriguez on the singles side.
This weekend marked the end of the regular season for the Lynx, and they finished the season with a winning record of 10-6. The SAA Conference Championship will start on April 26.
