7Days two and three of the NCAA National Championship for swimming and diving have been completed, and the Lynx have shattered their previous record. 

The Rhodes women's 400 medley relay was swam by Gracie Shapard, Paxton Smythe, Eliza Hulverson, and Adeline Caroll. These four women dominated their previous personal best, breaking the school and SAA records at 3:49.40 in the preliminary round, qualifying them for the finals. They crushed their prelim time in the finals and swam 3:47.78 to earn All-American honors with an 11th-place finish. 

For the men, Johh Beuerlin finished in 7th in the 3m dive. Sophomore Jack Whitten broke the school record in the 100 BR with a time of 54.91, finishing 21st.

Gracie Shapard was 35th in the 100 backstroke (58.23), and teammate Paxton Smythe finished 37th in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.45). 

The final day of the National Championship will conclude on Saturday, March 23. Roll Lynx!
