On December 29th, Rhodes College fell to Bethany College 62-30 in their opening game of the Music City Classic in Nashville, Tenn.

Rhodes struggled offensively in a 62-30 loss to Bethany. The Lynx shot just 26.7% from the field and committed 29 turnovers. Despite solid rebounding efforts, including 12 boards from Giana Vlahakos, they could not overcome their shooting woes. AC Milam led Rhodes with 6 points, while Audrey Griffith chipped in 5 points. Juliet Howell contributed 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists, but it wasn't enough as Bethany dominated both ends of the floor.

The Lynx now turn their focus to improving their shooting and ball control ahead of upcoming games.
