Rhodes Athletics is proud to announce that senior defender Eli Pilcher has been named a Third Team Scholar All-American by United Soccer Coaches for 2024. This prestigious recognition highlights Pilcher's outstanding performance both on the field and in the classroom, showcasing the exemplary attributes of Rhodes College student-athletes.

Eli Pilcher, who hails from Charlotte, N.C., boasts an impressive 3.88 GPA while majoring in Economics and Philosophy. His hard work, dedication, and excellence in academics have set a standard for student-athletes at Rhodes College and beyond.

The Scholar All-America Teams were officially announced by United Soccer Coaches, and the honored student-athletes will be celebrated for their achievements during the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony taking place on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, in Chicago, Ill., as part of the annual United Soccer Coaches Convention.
