The Rhodes Women's Golf team was in Sandestin, Florida, earlier this week, competing in the Golfweek October Classic at The Links Golf Club. 

 

Rhodes finished 12th overall as a team, at a combined 59 over. The team's best day was Round 3, when they shot a combined 303. 

 

Ava Bankston performed very strongly for the Lynx, finishing tied for 7th out of a field of over 120 golfers. She finished at over 4 for the tournament and shot 2 under for both the first and third rounds. Megan Morris finished at 14 over, Grace Young finished at 19 over, and Emily Mu finished at 22 over. Weatherly Spence finished at 38 over. 

 

This was the Lynx's final tournament of the fall season. They will resume play in the Spring.
