Lauren Schwing shot a 2-under 34 on the back 9 to post a 74 (40-34) in the final round of the  SAA Championship, held at Greystone Golf Club in Dickson, TN.  Lauren made a downhill 50' putt for birdie on the 18th hole.  Lauren's rounds of 78-80-74 earned her a T/10th finish and 2nd Team All Conference honors.

As a team, Rhodes shot 336 to finish 6th in the championship.

Catie Bernoski's rounds of 84-79-81 and 28th place finish continued her consistent play this spring.  In the final round Catie birdied the difficult 17th hole with her approach shot hitting the pin and settling one foot away from the hole.

Kaylie Hui posted rounds of 80-80-86 to finish 29th.  Kaylie's 2nd round included going eagle-birdie on the 14th and 15th holes.  Kaylie drove the green on the 14th hole, then made a lengthy eagle putt.

Avery Lent posted rounds of 84-80-85 finishing T/31st in the championship.  Avery's 80 (39-41) in the 2nd round was a career low for the freshman from Denver.  Her round included a birdie on the tough 2nd hole.

At dinner on Saturday night we honored senior Co-Captain Sophia Zamora.  With Sophia's parents in attendance, each player and coach spoke of Sophia being a great teammate and leader, highly committed team member, and one of the most improved players in program history.  Sophia shot 87 in the first round and finished her career making a 10' putt on the 18th hole.
