With the Rocky Mountains standing guard in the distance, Rhodes faced Colorado College in
their second Spring Break doubleheader game. The Lynx opened 1st and forced a 5-3 lead in
the opening period. The Tigers of Colorado College quickly responded with their own advance
in the 2nd quarter to take the lead back 8-6. Rhodes was held scoreless in the 3rd period while
the Tigers added 3 of their own to extend their lead to 11-6. The Lynx, however, dug deep in
the 4th, scoring 4 times and bringing the lead back down to 12-10 before the final minutes saw
Colorado College score two more times to finalize the game at 14-10.
