The Lynx put up what can only be described as an awe-inspiring offensive performance against the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Led by Quinn Blackman's three-hit, two-homer game, the Lynx put up a total of 16 runs on 18 hits, highlighted by a 7 spot in the third inning. 
 
Peter York, Dante Messina, John McNair, Ben Wilson, Keith Adams, Ben Burkhart, Gunnar Vachris, Kofi Whitehead, and Malcolm Rohlfing all tallied RBI during today's game. 
 
Jaxon Cady made the start for the Lynx, going 3 innings, allowing a single run, and punching out 2. Credited with his first Rhodes College win, is sophomore Mick Arney, who pitched 2 scoreless innings. 
 
After a Mariners rally in the fifth, Thomas LeMaster continued his streak of reliable outings, coming in and pitching 2 ⅓ great innings, stopping the bleeding and putting an end to the Mariners' momentum. 
 
Jake Templin pitched the final frame for the Lynx, striking out two en route to the Lynx taking home the W.
