The Lynx picked up right where they left off this morning, keeping their bats hot. After falling down 2-0 early, the Lynx rattled off a slew of runs, putting up 4 in the second, 2 in the fourth, and 6 in the fifth. 
 
Junior outfielder Quinn Blackman continued his offensive rampage, picking up a 2 RBI single in the second inning, and demolishing a grand slam in the fifth. 
 
Dante Messina, Ben Wilson, Ben Burkhart, Gunnar Vachris, and Corbin Kinder all knocked in runs as well in today's game. 
 
Junior pitcher Colby Slaughter made his first start of the year, going four innings, only giving up 2 runs on four hits, while also pitching out of a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the third. Slaughter only issued one walk and punched out five. 
 
Andy Hanaway, John Fears, Chayton Gray, Reid Lampert all made appearances out of the bullpen, sealing the win for the Lynx. 
 
Rhodes is back in action tomorrow morning as Nick Ferazzi takes the mound against Washington University.
