Atlanta, Ga. – After the first two matches of the Southern Athletic Association slate, Oglethorpe and Rhodes have separated from the pack, both with six conference points. The Stormy Petrels are riding a five-game winning streak, having surrendered just one goal during the stretch. The Lynx have won their last four-straight after getting past defending SAA tournament champion Birmingham-Southern on homecoming in Memphis.
 
Hendrix and BSC lead the group chasing OU and Rhodes, sitting at 1-1 to start the conference slate.

OFFENSIVE: Ben Novello | Rhodes | First Year | East Lansing, Mich. – Totaled three goals on the week, leading Rhodes to a pair of victories. The newcomer started the week with a game-tying goal against Belhaven, leading to an eventual Lynx win. In conference play on Saturday, Novello scored twice on three shots against Birmingham-Southern to keep Rhodes undefeated in league play.
