The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) has named the 57 student-athletes who were selected for one of the 2021 Division III All-American teams – honorees are divided into first, second, and third teams. This group of IWLCA All-Americans represent 31 different institutions.

Barker is the only student-athlete representing the Southern Athletic Association with All-America honors this season and she is also only the second student-athlete to garner All-American women's lacrosse honors in the history of the conference.
