Rhodes College senior Liz Vega has been tabbed as the SAA Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the Southern Athletic Association on March 17, 2021.

Vega scored both of Rhodes' goals against Millsaps in the team's season-opener on Saturday. She netted the first goal of the year 29 seconds into the game and then added the insurance goal on a penalty kick. Vega's two goals came on three shots, all on goal, as the Lynx defeated the Majors 2-0.

Rhodes now turns to a matchup against Birmingham-Southern at home this weekend.
