The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced that Rhodes' Ritwik Chatterjee (Naples, Fla. / ES International School) has been named the SAA Men's Tennis Player of the Week.
Chatterjee led the Lynx in wins this past week going 6-2 on the team's spring break trip. The junior captain excelled with partner Phil Lauture and went 4-0 at No. 2 doubles earning wins at No. 28-ranked Caltech and Redlands.

Over the following two days, Chatterjee earned wins at No. 1 singles at Chapman and Whittier which included the clinching match at Whittier with a dramatic 6-1, 7-6 (4) singles win.
The Lynx are back in action at the Dunavant Tennis Complex this weekend, hosting Christian Brothers University (9 a.m.) and Bethel (4 p.m.) on Saturday, March 16.
