Birmingham, Ala. - With six and a half minutes left in the game and Rhodes women's basketball and Birmingham-Southern tied 45-45, the Lynx went on a 15-6 run to bridge the gap and earn their second win in a row. Rhodes is now 13-10 overall and 6-6 in SAA play while BSC drops to 8-15 on the year and 5-7 in conference.
The two teams traded leads throughout the game and both were held to a combined 13 points in the third quarter.Â
Junior
Alyssa Owens went six-of-10 from three-point range to net career-high points and treys in a game. She finished with the game-high 25 points and game-high nine rebounds to propel the Lynx to the 62-56 win.Â

Kiera Downey's awareness on the court allowed her to also tally career marks in two categories. She recorded five assists and four steals. Forwards

Moriah Muhammad both recorded seven rebounds.Â
