Memphis - Rhodes College men's lacrosse dropped their first game of the season Sunday while Illinois Wesleyan won their season opener. The Lynx fell 12-7 after a last-second goal by the Titans ended the game on a chilly afternoon.

Each team scored once in the third quarter and after freshman

Milwit scored as a Titan penalty was expiring to pull Rhodes within three with 2:45 to go, but IWU's Bailey Marth wrapped the crease as time expired and the rest of the players on the field were waiting out the clock.
