Sewanee, Tenn. - Rhodes College women's soccer came away with a big road shutout over Sewanee Friday night. The lone goal, scored in the 48th minute, improves Rhodes to 8-4 overall and 2-1 in conference. The Tigers are now 4-5-2 and 1-1-1 in SAA play.

Sophomore
Abby Roevens would make four saves in the second half to help guide the Lynx to victory. Overall, Rhodes outshot Sewanee 12-8 and limited the Tigers to just one shot in the first half. The Lynx also held an 8-1 corner advantage, five of those coming in the first half.
Sewanee goalkeeper Hanna Judycki made seven saves in the game.Â
The Lynx will now turn to face No. 12- ranked Centre College on Sunday in Danville, Ky. at 12 p.m. ET.
