Auburndale, Fla. - Starting pitcher Trey Sledge struck out 10 Albion batters over seven innings as the Lynx tallied 13 hits in their 6-0 victory Thursday evening. Rhodes improves to 11-7 on the year. 

Two doubles in the first inning scored two runs for the Lynx while three runs were scored in the third inning on four hits including another two doubles. Finally Rhodes scored their sixth run in the seventh after a walk, two singles and a fielder's choice with the bases loaded. 

Sledge struck out the side in the third and sixth, catching the final Albion batter in each inning looking.

On the day, Ryan Palermo went three-of-three with a double, two walks, two runs batted in and a run scored. Jacob Telli went two-of-five on the day, also had two RBI, two doubles and scored twice. Nick Bosma recorded the other double for the double for the Lynx. 

Rhodes takes on Illinois Wesleyan bright and early Friday morning at 9:15 a.m. ET.
