Mount Berry, Ga. - Berry College ended Rhodes College volleyball's three-game win streak Sunday afternoon by sweeping the Lynx in three sets. Berry is now 5-0 against conference opponents while Rhodes is 3-2.
Elasha Williams led the Lynx offensively, tallying 12 kills. Williams also had 11 digs and was edged by freshman
Mary Frances Daniel who led the Lynx with 12 digs.
Morgan Hill was accurate at the net, recording five kills on seven attempts.
As a team Berry hit .279 over the afternoon. Micayla Bedoian played all three sets and hit .389 on 18 attempts for nine kills.
Rhodes is back at home for two games Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. The Lynx host Millsaps at 2 p.m. on Saturday, followed by Birmingham-Southern on Sunday at 1 p.m.
