Conway, Ark. - Rhodes College field hockey defeated Hendrix College on the road Tuesday night 5-0 in a non-conference matchup to earn their seventh shutout of the year. The Lynx are now 9-4 on the year after their fourth consecutive victory and are 4-0 in the SAA.

The Lynx netted two goals in the first half and three in the second half under the lights. Julia Schiciano's three assists and one goal led the Lynx as Jillian Christensen scored the game-winner.

Hailey Mules scored the first two goals of the second half. Senior Mackenzie Busby scored the second goal and assisted on the final goal of the game to Schiciano. 

Laura Eckelkamp started in goal while Nina Migneco guarded the cage in the second half. Both goalkeepers tallied two saves in the win. During the game, Rhodes outshot Hendrix 19-4 and earned 13 penalty corners to the Warriors' four.

Rhodes will travel to Sewanee Sunday in their quest for the SAA Championship to take on the only other unbeaten team in conference and the right to host the tournament the first weekend of November.
