Danville, Ky. - Rhodes volleyball suffered a 3-1 loss Sunday at Centre College, taking their record to 9-11 on the year and are 4-8 in conference.
Rhodes took the second set 25-23 and led 16-14 in the fourth set before Centre solidified the victory.
Morgan Hill was monstrous at the net, hitting .360 and tallying 11 kills.
Katherine Bolyard also recorded 11 kills to help lead the Lynx.
Four Lynx recorded double-digit digs in the loss, led by Mary Francis Daniel with 14, Bolyard 12, as
Sarah Nieland and
Camila Zimmerman both taliled 11 digs.
Nieland also recorded 18 assists in the game while
Hannah McCarty added 11 assists.
Senior
Gabby Gafford made two solo blocks and three block assists to guide the Lynx defensively at the net.
Rhodes travels to Birmingham-Southern and Millsaps next weekend.
