ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Rhodes College men's soccer team returned to action on Saturday afternoon as they took on the Fontbonne University Griffins. The Lynx bounced back from yesterday's loss with a 2-0 win.
The first goal of the game came on an own goal by the Griffins as the likes of sophomore Matt Mckeand and sophomore
Mark Robinson pressured the Fontbonne defense. Senior
Samory Diaby made it 2-0 off an assist from McKeand as the Lynx rolled to victory.
Rhodes moves to 3-2-1 on the season and will return to action on Tuesday as they will travel to Christian Brothers for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
