MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Rhodes women's lacrosse team picked up another solid conference win over Birmingham Southern College to remain unbeaten on the season, 18-4.
The Lynx improve to 5-0 on the season and 2-0 in league play, while the Panthers fall to 0-2 on the year and 0-2 in conference action.
Sarah Daniels got the start for the Lynx, playing all 60 minutes and grabbing nine saves while in goal for the win.
Rhodes had a host of Lynx work into the scoring column, with
Maggie Rippeto netting five goals.
Kendall Cunningham added four, with
Lindsay Gess and
Ashley Dill each scoring three apiece.
Morgan Fuller found the back of the cage from two goals, with
Oliva Holmes scoring one goal.
The Lynx will be back in action on March 7 when they host the University of Dubuque.
